GUIDE FOR BEST VIEWING

PLEASE READ THIS GUIDE BEFORE BEGINNING YOUR EXPERIENCE

  • We recommend that your device is fully charged.

  • For the best experience, ensure your smartphone has its most current operating system: iOS13 (or later) with Safari for iPhones or iPads, or Chrome for Android, is required.

  • Use cellular data rather than Wi-Fi, where able.

  • Signage can be found at each site with a QR code that will link you directly to the experience. Open your camera and scan the QR code with your phone. For best viewing, stand with the QR code directly in front of you.

  • One person can view at any given time at each site. Practice social distancing (maintain a distance of 6 feet) when waiting you turn.

  • For help, please visit the troubleshooting guide.
